Questions
Before you look for us.
Are any locations open yet?
Not yet. Our first location, in Cary, NC, is opening soon. More openings and pop-up dates appear on this page as they are confirmed, and a location is not listed until its details are fixed.
When are you opening?
There is no opening date to give yet for Cary. We do not publish a date before it is confirmed, and the notify list is how you hear about your own market.
What is a pop-up event?
A short run in a city we have not opened in yet. You can meet the SmileBoxx team and complete an approved smile scan or assessment.
Which services will be available?
It varies by location, so each listing carries its own. A pop-up event is built around an approved smile scan or assessment.
Rather start from home?
SmileSet is the remote aligner pathway, for cases that may be suitable for treatment planned and monitored from home.
