SmileBoxx wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible — including people browsing with a screen reader, with a keyboard alone, or at a larger text size.

What we do

We build and check our pages against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at Level AA. In practice that means:

• Text and background colours are checked for contrast at the size they are actually used.
• Pages can be operated with a keyboard, and the focused element stays visible as you move through the page.
• Headings follow a real order, so the page can be navigated by structure.
• Images that carry meaning have a text alternative; decorative ones are marked so they are skipped.
• Pages are checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths.

We treat this as ongoing work rather than a finished state.

Where we fall short

Parts of this site come from third parties — including the chat widget and the checkout, which is provided by Shopify. We do not control those, and we cannot say they meet the same standard.
