Guards

Custom guards, made to your bite.

Three custom guards, each made for a different reason, and each one built around your own bite.

Three guards

Which guard are you looking for?

Each one is a different product with a different purpose. If you are not sure which of the three applies to you, that is settled at a consultation rather than here.

What they share

Every one is made to your own bite.

That is the one thing all three have in common. What each one is for differs, and so does what it involves — which is why the next step is a conversation rather than a choice made here.

Custom-fitted, custom oral appliance, precision-fit: the words change from product to product, and the idea behind them does not.

Settled in person

What a consultation settles.

Which of the three fits your case, what it costs and how it is fitted are all settled with you in person. No guard is priced on this site, and none of them is something you add to a cart.

Questions

Before you book.

Which guard do I need?

That is decided with you rather than here. The three are different products for different reasons, and a consultation is where your case is matched to one.

How much does a guard cost?

No guard is priced on this site. Pricing is confirmed at your consultation, because these are fitted services rather than items you add to a cart.

Can I order one online?

No. All three are fitted services, so the next step is a consultation.

Is Breathe the same as a night guard?

No. Breathe is a separate custom oral appliance pathway focused on breathing and sleep support, with its own page. A night and bite guard is designed for grinding and clenching.

Where does the fitting happen?

At a SmileBoxx location. Openings and pop-up dates are announced on the Locations page, and nothing is listed there until it is confirmed.

Not sure which one you need?

A consultation is where your case is matched to a guard, and where the fitting and the pricing are settled.
